The Davis House

The Davis House offers cancer patients and a family member a “home away from home” when it is necessary to travel miles and miles to the Cancer Care Center for treatment. Not having to worry about where to stay or how to pay for lodging allows The Davis House guests to focus on the most important thing: getting well.
Learn More:

The Davis House will be a free temporary housing service provided to those receiving treatment for cancer and other critical illnesses at Davis Memorial Hospital. During their stay at The Davis House, cancer patients and  loved one will be given a comfortable and supportive place to rest in a mutually supportive environment for both patient and caregiver while receiving their treatment.

A guest suite will include either one or two beds, private bath and access to a communal family room and an efficiency kitchen. Patients and their families will provide their own food and drink.

Because patient and caregiver will be near others going through similar experiences, The Davis House will also include communal support.

The Davis House offers so much more than just lodging. It provides a nurturing, home-like environment where patients and caregivers can interact with others who are going through many of the same experiences.
